A Kaduna-based retired military officer, Major Mohammed Magaji said he
was shocked and almost speechless last week when one of his children,
Umar Bello went to Upper Sharia Court of Appeal, Kaduna and denounced

According to new reports, Former Minister of the Federal Capital
Territory, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai was given major contracts by the
Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) under the leadership of the suspended
governor, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.
In a Twitter conversation, the Special Assistant to the President on New Media, Reno Omokri, was asked “why is @elrufaiweeping more than Sanusi over his suspension?.” His response was “I’m not sure he weeps for Sanusi. It might be the multi billion contract Elrufai & Co got from CBN that he weeps for.”
Omokri has stated that if El-Rufia can deny this fact that he is ready to step aside from his office.
He said: “If Malam Nasir Elrufai can deny that his firm, Elrufai and Partners did not get a major contract from the CBN under Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, then I make a solemn oath to resign from my job as Special Assistant New Media to President Jonathan.”

Sanusi’s Removal: Ploy to sweep missing oil funds under the carpet – APC
The All Progressives Congress, APC, has accused the presidency of seeking to use its illegal suspension of Malam Lamido Sanusi Lamido as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to divert attention from the allegation of missing 20 billion dollars in oil funds.
In a statement in Lagos, Sunday, by its Interim National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the party said the way the presidency has been campaigning to malign Sanusi, using the report of the obscure Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, shows that it is working hard to sweep the issue of the missing funds under the carpet and punish Sanusi for daring to expose the fraud.
