Armed Men Invade mortuary in Enugu, cart away corpse

The corpse of Chief Theodore Ezeobi, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), who died about four months ago, was yesterday morning stolen from the mortuary of Mother of Christ Specialist Hospital in Enugu.
Before the sudden disappearance of the corpse, the family of the deceased had been having a running battle over his burial that pitted the first son, Theodore (Jnr), against his mother and other siblings.

A burial announcement, which was published in the newspapers, fixing the burial for July 31, was quickly disowned by another advertorial signed by daughter to the deceased, Chinelo Ezeobi, who advised well-wishers and the public to disregard the publication as the correct information for the burial would be made public at the right time

Why We Fake orgasms - 10 ladies reveal (LOOK)

According to a recent study, some women might be faking orgasms to heighten their own sexual experience. Yes, those fake climaxes are actually thought to be “relationship promoting and sexual pleasure-enhancing.”

While that may be true, we found 10 women who had a few other motivations for pretending to achieve the big “O.”

Read on to find out what made them put on a most convincing performance.

1. It Wasn’t Gonna Happen

“It was just going on FOREVER, and I knew it wouldn’t end because he was waiting for me, but there was just no way. Sometimes being an actress comes in handy outside of auditions…” - Katelyn, 26

2. For The Sake Of His Feelings

“I felt the need to fake it, for his sake. I loved the man I was with, but unfortunately, his penis was very small. At the risk of harming his manly ego and hurting his feelings, I acted like it was amazing as I panted and huffed and puffed. It didn’t diminish how much I cared for him because he was more to me than just an orgasm.” -Dale, 56

3. To Make Him More Confident

“I’ve faked orgasms because I find when you fake it a little, men become more confident and passionate, which makes it more enjoyable.” – Pam, 26

4. Because It’s Hard To Get Off When You’re Breaking Up

“I was breaking up with my ex, and decided to sleep with him one more time before it ended. It was so bad that I faked it to get it over with … but when he didn’t finish, I told him he might as well stop.” -Deb, 27

5. To Avoid An Awkward Situation

I drank too much one night, and knew I wasn’t going to get there. The bed was spinning, so to save myself the embarrassment of throwing up mid-act, I thought it was better to fake it and get to sleep.” -Val, 52

6. It Made Him Finish Faster

“I’ve found that faking it makes the guy finish faster, which, when you just want it to end, makes the experience better. But at the same time, faking an orgasm means the guy can’t make you feel good enough to finish … which makes the experience with him worse.” -Michelle, 26

7. To Save A Friendship

“Sex with friends does not always prove to be beneficial. After an extremely dry period, to say the least, for both my guy friend and I, flirtations began, and we took a sharp turn into my bed. Clothes came off and before I knew it, we were doing it. It couldn’t have been more awful! I’ve never faked an orgasm in my life — it’s just not who I am — but how could I not? In order to save our friendship, there was only one thing I could do. I knew I had to pretend to finish in the most grandiose of ways. Before you jump into bed with a friend, make sure it’s a good idea!” - Libby, 28

8. To Just Get Some Sleep Already!
“I was staying with a friend in Cali, and we had partied and gotten drunk. I was so tired, I really didn’t even want to hook up, but we started hooking up anyway. I wanted it to be over, so I faked an orgasm … but he just kept going! I had to fake it two more times just so I could finally go to bed. The next morning, he was like, ‘Last night was amazing!’ And I had to be like, ‘Yeah…’” -Laurie, 25

9. He Asked Me To …
“Thankfully, I haven’t had to fake one in years, but once when I was younger, I was trying out phone sex for the first time, and the guy I was on the phone with was all like “Orgasm for me, baby!” I had no idea what I was doing, and I was nowhere near being satisfied, so I just made a bunch of noises! It was much tamer version of a ‘When Harry Met Sally’ moment.” -Andrea, 38

10. I Didn’t Know Any Better
“At the time, I didn’t know I was faking it. I just thought, this is what it must feel like, so I went with it!” -Vicky, 35

7 Reasons To Work Out Even When You Don’t Feel Like It

Ladies! Working out sometimes may seem difficult, but when you think of the benefits that come with it, it pays on the long run.

Check out seven reasons why should work out below

1. YOU’LL FEEL BETTER

Did you have a bad day at work? Or an argument with a loved one? Whether you’re suffering from PMS or are having problems with your personal relationships, there’s nothing better than a run around the block or lifting some weights. One of the best reasons to work out is how great you’ll feel after your workout is done. Most people will agree that the hardest part of working out is starting. But once you’re 15 minutes into things, you’ll be having a blast as you torch fat. Next time you’re not sure about working out, keep in the mind the feeling once that workout is done.

2. YOU’LL HAVE MORE ENERGY

Is fatigue what keeps you from working out? The last thing many of us want to do after a long day at the office is hit the gym. The cold winter and shorter days have also made working out outdoors be quite a pain. As difficult as it might be to drag yourself to the gym, you’ve simply got to suck it up and do it! People who work out consistently actually report having more energy. Even when you don’t feel like it, working out will give you that boost of energy you’ve been craving.

3. YOU’LL BURN CALORIES

For many women, burning a few extra calories is something we could all use. If you’re on the fence about exercising, just think about all the calories you could be burning. Working out for an intense hour could burn as much as 600 calories. Do that 3-5 times a week and you could definitely see a change in your physique. Before you know it, that 10 pounds you’ve always wanted to lose will be gone.

4. YOU’LL TONE MUSCLES

Have you noticed that over the years, although your weight hasn’t really changed, your body composition has? Even if you weighed the same 120 pounds you did in high school, you might notice that your dress size has changed. Working out is a perfect way to tone your muscles, giving you a tight, toned look. I remember one month where I didn’t lose a single ounce of body weight, but still managed to drop a dress size! Consistent weight training and a clean diet helped me achieve the figure of my dreams.

5. YOU’LL IMPROVE JOINT AND BONE HEALTH

If you find yourself dealing with constant joint pain in your elbows or knees, working out could help manage your pain levels considerably. Many joint ailments are caused by sitting for prolonged periods of time. Try to move your body every day with light exercise—even when you don’t feel like it. Your aching bones and joints are trying to tell you that you’ve been sitting for far too long!

6. YOU’LL SLEEP BETTER

Millions of Americans suffer from insomnia, chronic fatigue, or other sleep disorders. Surely you can feel the effects of sleep deprivation, even if you miss only a few hours. Being in a constant state of drained energy levels is no fun. Working out might be just the thing you need to get your sleeping schedule back on track, giving you more and more energy every day.

7. YOU’LL FIT INTO THAT BIKINI

With spring and summer fast approaching, everyone wants to look in shape for bikini season. Start working out now and you’ll be ahead of the game. I always say that summer bodies are made over the winter and spring. Take the time now, even when you’re busy and may not feel like exercising, to work out a few times a week. Trust me when I say you’ll thank yourself later!

Four suicide bombers killed, many others feared dead in multiple explosions in Maiduguri

Four suspected terrorists believed to be suicide bombers, apparently heading for an NNPC facility along Maiduguri-Damboa road have died in their IED-laden vehicles, the defence headquarters has said.

The Director of Defence Information, Chris Olukolade, said the explosions took place at Mulai in the outskirt of Maiduguri.

Mr. Olukolade, a Major General, said three of the four explosive-laden vehicles were demobilized by shots fired at them by soldiers at the check point shortly before the explosions that rocked the area.

Five soldiers were wounded while the civilian casualties are yet to be determined, Mr. Olukolade said.

Earlier, PREMIUM TIMES reporter in Maiduguri had reported multiple blasts from improvised explosives devices in Mulai.

The blasts, he said, occurred at about 2 p.m on Tuesday at a suburb community of Maiduguri called Mulai, located near a Radio station, Peace FM.

The extent of the damage could not be ascertained immediately, but a senior security official said the blasts might have killed many residents, even as he confirmed that it affected the perimeter fence of the Peace FM building located near Mulai along the Maiduguri – Damboa federal highway.

“We had another unfortunate incident today; some three explosions occurred at Mulai village along the Maiduguri -Damboa road. We cannot ascertain for now the extent of the damages, even though one cannot rule out a number of casualties given the massive impact of the explosion; but I cannot confirm that it has destroyed the perimeter fencing of the Peace FM Radio house located in Mulai”.

Mulai, located about 5 kms away from Maiduguri, is another crowded suburb of the state capital where a state Leprosy Centre is located, as well as a christian-owned Secondary school.

The population of Mulai village increased in the past five years, after the establishment of a federal government-owned Mega Fuel Filling Station directly opposite the village.

Security officials have now cordoned roads leading to the location, while vehicles were being asked to turn back from that direction.
